Just added a ZWO EAF to my setup

Just added a ZWO EAF to my setup, and it has already made focusing so much easier. It adds a whole new level of automation and simplicity. Looking forward to putting it through its paces on future imaging sessions!

THE ZWO EAF-N is attached to my C11 using my feather touch microfocuser

THE ZWO EAF-N is attached to my C11 using my feather touch microfocuser. The Buckeye EAF-FTM-SCT adapter made this possible and works very well.
Stephan is excellent to deal with at Astronomy plus. I've purchased a lot of equipment from Stephan and never been disappointed, excellent service and responsiveness. You can't do better..

Clear skies,
Mark

EAF-N with Celestron HD800

So far the EAF-N is working well with a Celestron Edge HD800. Nice and quiet and quick focusing with NINA.

Not great for remote manual focusing

Not well suited to my need. Unless you plan to use an autofocus software, using a pad to remotely manually adjust focus is painful… I ended up removing it from my focuser.
