Ikarus EQ Direct Mount to USB Cable

The Ikarus EQ Direct to USB Cable is designed for EQ3, EQ5, HEQ5, and EQ8 mounts. It enables control of your mount from your PC, Mac, or StellarMate. Simply connect the RJ45 plug to the handset port on the mount and then connect it to your device via USB. You can use any planetarium program (e.g. KStars) to control the mount to slew to any object. An EQDir Cable is designed to power the mount with EQMod directly, without the need to go through the mount's controller.

This cable is 5.9 feet long and is INDI & ASCOM compliant. It is compatible with Windows 7, 8 & 10 as well as Linux & MacOS. This cable is also compatible with the StellarMate Astrophotography Controller and is based on FTDI chipsets.
