Product Return
If you would like to return a product, contact us for a return authorization. Shipping costs are not refundable. The product is eligible for a return if it's unopened and in is original condition. Products that do not have any manufacturing defects or does not result in an error from us may have a 10% or 20% restocking fee deducted from the credit, as we will sell those as open box. Also, note that you will be responsible to pay the shipping to return the product.
Defective Product
If you think you've received a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and describe the problem you are facing. You should also send us some pictures or videos of the issue if possible, as it will be easier for us to understand what's wrong. In most cases, the problem can be resolved by performing technical adjustments.
Refunds
We do not accept refunds. We only accept returns in exchange for another products or for a store credit for a future purchase. Some conditions may apply.
