Product Return Policy
Please note, we kindly ask that you do not show up at the store with the product you wish to return without prior authorization. If you do, we will ask you to take the product back and follow the proper procedure. We require approval before you send the item back. Please email us or call us for approval and provide a proof of purchase. A valid justification must be provided for the return of the item.
Conditions to return a product:
- Product needs to be in perfect condition / brand new when we receive it.*
- Product should be returned in mint condition without any signs of wear, dirt, or blemishes. Scratch on dovetail or eyepiece will not be accepted.
- All returns items will be charged a minumum 5% restocking fee for unopened boxes.
- Returns are subject to restocking fees up to 20%, depending on the state of the returned items.
- We reserved the right to refuse the return if the item is not in perfect condition.
- Product needs to be in its original packaging and complete.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and should include all supplied materials, instructions, warranty cards, original accessories, hardware, and any software provided.
- Product needs to be return within 15 days from when you received it. No return will be accepted after 15 days.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping cost and safety of the package (Including custom fees if you are located in United States)

We will subtract the cost of shipping and handling associated with delivering the item to you at the first place from your store credit. Same thing if your item was free shipping. We will deduce the cost of shipping the product to you.
- Example: You ordered an eyepiece and delivery cost to ship it to you was 15$, we will deduce that 15$ from your store credit.
- Example: If you ordered a free shipping item, we will find out in our system what was the shipping cost and deduce that from your store credit.
- If you ordered an item and paid with Sezzle or Affirm payments, please contact us. Fees will apply.
- We do not accept any return and refund for collimation tools, update cables, solar filters or solar glasses.

USED ITEMS
No used items will be accepted for return unless the product is defective upon arrival. For this reason, we ask that you test the item as soon as you receive it. Please note that all used products are tested before being listed on our website.
Please note: Some older used telescopes do not include any warranty.
Defective Product
If you think you've received a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and describe the problem you are facing. You should also send us some pictures or videos of the issue if possible, as it will be easier for us to understand what's wrong. In most cases, the problem can be resolved by performing technical adjustments.
Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to inform us promptly of any issues. Customers have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to report any problems, regardless of weather conditions. Claims made after this period, even if the issue is stated to have been present upon receipt, will not be considered valid.

Refunds
We do not accept refunds. We only accept returns in exchange for another product or for a store credit for a future purchase. Some conditions may apply.
