The Lunt 60 mm Universal Telescope provides stellar Solar Viewing in its default configuration with provided Hydrogen Alpha Module, its 60 mm aperture allowing the viewer to gaze at the sun with an unobstructed clarity that is unparalleled in the industry.

Explore the majesty of the Sun’s prominences, Filaments and other surface phenomena during the day, and when the Sun finally sets, switch to wandering through our Galaxy at night with minimal effort. The 60 Universal has been designed with ease in mind, ensuring your transition from daytime to nigh time viewing in mere moments.

Blocking Filter

Lunt Blocking Filters are only required for Hydrogen Alpha viewing. Choose from 6 mm and 12 mm, 2" diagonal or 2" straight tube.

The Starlight Instruments 2.0″ Feather Touch Crayford Focuser can outperform most other rack & pinion focusers and has a lifting capacity of 8 to 10 pounds. It comes in drawtube travel of 1.5″.

Starlight Instruments designs, machines, anodizes and assembles the components in-house allowing for superior quality control. A Feather Touch Focuser is an absolute must for astrophotography, in addition to making visual use a joy.
