With an Astronomik filters you have acquired a high quality product. With your purchase, you trust in the precision, robustness and functionality of our products. We combine more than four decades of experience in the manufacture of optical products for professionals and amateurs all over the world. That's why you can be sure to have the best filter for your purpose in your hands.

The Astronomik warranty covers 10 years and applies to the worldwide use of our products. The term begins with the purchase of the product from us or an authorized dealer.

Guarantee services:

  • In the event of material and/or manufacturing defects, we shall bear the costs of materials and labour for the entire duration of the warranty, whereby we reserve the right to repair or replace the device or the defective part at our own discretion.

  • The warranty does not cover all equipment subject to natural wear and tear, such as containers, upholstery, reinforcements, etc.

  • The warranty does not apply to attempted repairs by a non-authorized service and to damage caused by improper use, nor to indirect or immediate damage caused by defects in the product.

  • The warranty does not restrict the statutory warranty obligation.

  • We reserve the right to repair or replace defective devices with equivalent ones if the product range is changed.

Warranty conditions:

  • The warranty is only valid if the original invoice from us or an authorized Astronomik dealer is presented, showing the date of purchase and sales price.

  • In the case of warranty claims as well as for carrying out service and/or repair work, please contact us first. We will coordinate the further procedure with you.

  • Important: Unfortunately, we cannot accept shipments sent unpaid.

  • The return shipment of the repaired or replaced items (insured, means of transport according to our choice) is free of charge in case of warranty repairs, otherwise against payment. If the goods are shipped abroad, any possible foreign customs or fiscal duties shall be borne by the consignee.
