iOptron Warranty

If warranty problems arise, or if you need assistance in using your product, contact us directly. We will provide assistance in dealing with the manufacturer. For the most updated description of the warranty, go check on the manufacturer website.

IOptron warrants you that the product you get will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a limited time (90 days, one or two years, depend on a product). IOptron will repair or replace such product or part which, upon inspection by iOptron, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. IOptron shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any telescope, mount, or controller covered by this warranty within thirty days of receipt. In the event repair or replacement shall require more than thirty days, iOptron shall notify the customer accordingly. All repairing or replacement will carry a 90 day limited labor and/or parts warranty.
