Vaonis products benefits from a warranty (Europe and rest of the world) against hidden defects. This guarantee excludes misuse, lack of maintenance or protection etc.
All warranties are excluded in the event of damage or deterioration resulting from:
— improper use, negligence, lack of supervision or maintenance by the Client,
— normal wear and tear of the Product or force majeure,
— abnormal use of the Product, for example for professional purposes,
— use of the Product with accessories not sold or at least not recommended by the Seller,
— external accidents or abnormal storage and/or preservation conditions by the Client,
— the responsibility or intervention of a third party on the Product, misjudgment by the Client of their needs, or modifications made to the Product,
— intentional or fraudulent misconduct by the Client,
— external events: fire, explosion, water damage, lightning, storm, electrical surge, etc.,
— falls, impacts, shocks, scratches, oxidation,
— opening and disassembly of the Product by the Client.
In all these cases, or in the event of unfounded claims, the replacement of the defective Product shall be at the Client’s expense. Only the Seller may perform repairs or replacements of the Product; any intervention by a third party will void the aforementioned warranties.
