The mount head weighs about 4.3 kg (9.5 lb) and provides a payload capacity of approximately 10 kg (22 lb) without counterweights or up to 15 kg (33 lb) with an optional counterweight, allowing it to support a wide range of refractors, astrographs, and compact telescopes.
The mount operates in both equatorial and alt-azimuth modes and includes dual Vixen/Losmandy-style hybrid saddles, enabling flexible telescope configurations and even dual-scope setups in alt-az mode. It features RA and DEC home positions, a latitude adjustment range from 0° to 90°, and a fast slewing speed of up to about 7.5° per second. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB-B, and an ST-4 autoguider port, allowing control through the SynScan app, hand controller, or third-party astronomy software such as ASCOM-compatible platforms.
