Telrad Dew Shield

The Telrad Dew Shield helps keep condensation from forming on the glass plate of your Telrad. It attaches to the back of the Telrad unit on hinges using existing screws, and swivels into place to shield the combining glass slowing dew condensation.

The shield is held in place with two plastic tensioning screws connected to its frame that align to the existing screws on the finder body. You can then adjust the amount of force it takes to open and close the protective hood. When not in use, simply flip the Telrad 2025 Plus back and you have an unobstructed view! While the Telrad Dew Shield Plus won't completely stop dew, it will greatly increase the amount of time you are able to use the viewing screen during dew point conditions and extends the life of your Telrad Finder's reticule by shielding it from harmful moisture.
