A True Optical Microscope with Integrated Wi-Fi
The Celestron Labs Digital Wi-Fi Desktop Microscope combines traditional optical performance with built-in digital imaging and wireless connectivity. Instead of viewing through a standard eyepiece, you observe your specimen directly on your smartphone or tablet while retaining the precision of a fully capable biological microscope.
Three plan achromatic objective lenses, 4x, 10x, and 40x, work with a 12x digital eyepiece to deliver 48x, 120x, and 480x total magnification. Rotate the objective turret to move from scanning larger structures to examining fine cellular detail. The plan achromatic optics help maintain sharpness across the field of view while minimizing color distortion, producing clean, accurate images on your screen.
A fully adjustable mechanical stage securely holds your specimen slides and allows smooth X/Y movement. Lower LED illumination provides bright, adjustable lighting, while coarse and fine focus controls let you bring details into clear focus with precision.
Your Smart Device Becomes the Interface
With the Celestron Labs Digital Wi-Fi App for iOS and Android, your smartphone or tablet becomes the microscope’s display and control center. View specimens live, capture still images, record video, and measure samples directly from your device.
You can use your smart device however it feels most comfortable. Hold it in your hand or secure it to the included stand using the adjustable strap for added stability.
The patent pending stand attaches magnetically to the top of the microscope in place of the traditional eyepiece, keeping your device centered and aligned. If you prefer, you can also place the stand directly on your tabletop beside the microscope.
Whether you’re working solo or in a group, this flexible setup makes it easier to demonstrate concepts, document findings, and share observations without rotating users through a single eyepiece.
Engineered for Portability and Performance
A durable housing and integrated carry handle make the microscope easy to move between classrooms, labs, and workspaces. At just 56 ounces, it’s light enough for students and hobbyists to transport comfortably.
