Additionally, thanks to our innovative magnetic field study detection system, we can ensure the correct tension of the focuser mechanism, preventing unwanted slippage.

With a resolution of 16,000 steps per revolution or just 0.7 microns, the Merlin 3.0 is on par with the best options available on the market, and best of all, at an affordable price for everyone. Its DirectDrive™ technology, a direct transmission system, avoids the common mechanical play issues found in other products, allowing you to even manually focus when you don't have access to a computer. We have also incorporated our ultra-silent motor system, IntelligentSilentDrive™, which actively adjusts the motor's force for completely noise-free operation.
