I have a Vestil observing chair which is great but heavy. I bought this because I wanted something light when I have to walk a long way to my observing location. This chair is light and easy to carry. It is easy to set up and adjust. Two issues with the seat: between the lowest position and half high, if you sit exactly on the padded seat, the chair tends to tip forward; if you sit back (lower back on chair frame), the tipping ceases, but you are sitting in the gap between the chair frame and the padded seat. Some foam there helps this.
